Fonselp is a non-profit technology platform that connects companies, social organizations, universities, and governments to generate positive impact in Latin America. The platform was designed and iterated through an agentic, AI-first development process with no-code prototyping, enabling delivery in months rather than the years a custom build would typically require. The platform supports volunteering management, inclusive purchasing, in-kind donations, recycling, community programs, and impact tracking.
As the ecosystem grew, the team needed a central operating layer that could keep multi-stakeholder processes transparent, measurable, and easy to manage. Central Hub was designed to unify those workflows into one role-based system with clearer control, better traceability, and less manual coordination.
The main issue was not demand. It was operational fragmentation. Coordination across companies, organizations, and volunteers required too many manual handoffs, and process data lived across spreadsheets, documents, chats, and separate forms instead of one system.
Despite the complexity, an agentic and no-code-first workflow made it possible to validate structures, workflows, and UX quickly, without the slow build cycles of traditional custom development. Central Hub for Fonselp had to support a broad set of workflows without turning into a generic portal. The system needed to reflect how each stakeholder type actually works, while preserving permissions, transparency, and consistent operational tracking.
Different user groups needed different access levels and workflows.
We built a Central Hub that brings FONSELP's most important social impact workflows into one connected system. The platform helps the team coordinate programs, connect stakeholders, and measure results with less manual effort. We extended the existing chat notification flow by adding WhatsApp as an additional delivery channel alongside email, making activity updates faster, more direct, and easier to act on. The system keeps the same smart scheduling and aggregation logic, sends only one notification per user per cycle, and automatically falls back to email when WhatsApp credits are unavailable. With channel-based delivery and direct links to the relevant chat, teams stay informed without adding noise.
